🚫 1. No Returns or Exchanges on Opened Products

Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of our products (such as smoking accessories, mouthpieces, and related items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

This policy ensures:

• Strict hygiene and quality standards for all customers.
• Compliance with Indian sanitary and consumer laws.

📦 2. Return Eligibility (Before Use)

A product may be eligible for return or replacement only if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, and
• You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

If approved, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Damage caused by customer handling
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items
• Returns without invoice or original packaging

💸 3. Damaged or Missing Items

All shipments are handled by third-party courier partners. Once a parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, delivery is beyond our direct control.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at stonnepapers@gmail.com with your Order ID and photo/video proof.
• Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or refunds.
• However, as a goodwill gesture, we’ll issue a ₹100 discount coupon for your next order.

Please note:

• This coupon is a voluntary service gesture, not a replacement or refund policy.
• Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

🔁 4. Replacement Process (If Applicable)

If a return or replacement is approved:

1. We’ll arrange pickup (where available) or ask you to courier the product back.
2. Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.
3. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Before Dispatch:

• You can cancel your order before shipping by emailing stonnepapers@gmail.com or calling us.
• A full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.

After Dispatch:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
• If you refuse delivery, the parcel will be returned to us and a shipping fee deduction will apply before any refund (if applicable).

Once approved:

• Online Payments (UPI/Card/Wallet): 3–7 business days
• COD (if applicable): Refunds via bank transfer within 5–10 days after verification

Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds or replacements may be denied if:

• Claim submitted after 24 hours of delivery
• Incomplete evidence or false claim
• Item used, altered, or tampered with

If an order is not delivered or lost in transit, we will:

• Reship the product at no extra cost, or
