This Shipping & Membership Policy outlines how we process, deliver, and manage orders, as well as how our membership program works.

🧭 1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver products across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
In Chennai, customers can enjoy our exclusive “1-Hour Express Delivery” on select products and pin codes.
1.2 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 7 PM are typically dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 7 PM are processed the next working day.

We do not process or dispatch orders on public holidays.
1.3 Estimated Delivery Time

Express (Chennai only): Within 1–2 hours of order confirmation.

Tamil Nadu (outside Chennai): 1–3 business days.

Metro cities: 2–5 business days.

Remote or rural areas: 5–8 business days.
Delivery time may vary based on courier partner delays, weather, or unforeseen events.
Stonepapers is not liable for such delays once the package is handed over to the courier.
1.4 Shipping Charges

Express Delivery (Chennai): 120 same day delivery within 10 kms from stonepapers google map location (pallikaranai)
we use 3rd party delivery uber,porter,rapido for ultra fast delivery ,the delivery cost directly pay to the delivery person seperately what shows in their app
1.5 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive:

A tracking link and courier name via SMS /whastapp or email.

Live tracking updates via the courier’s app.
For express Chennai orders,3rd party delivery agent will contact you directly.
1.6 Packaging
All items are packed with discreet packaging to ensure your privacy.
No product names or brand indicators are printed on the parcel.
1.7 Failed Delivery / Wrong Address
If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address,

Recipient unavailable, or
-
Repeated delivery attempts failed —
the package will be returned to us.
We can re-ship it after verifying the correct address (with shipping& re-shipping charges applicable).

📦 4. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing items:

we are not resposible for that.its all 3rd party handlement after dispatching we are not responsible for your damaged items ,not returnable to us,no refunds we can give 100rs offer for your next order

Once a parcel leaves our warehouse and is handed to the courier, Stonepapers is not responsible for:

Delays caused by third-party logistics,

Delivery to incorrect addresses provided by customers, or
